[求助] RT-AC86U最新固件无法拨号上网

固件版本:最新的官方固件3.0.0.4.384_45149
网络条件:湖北武汉电信100M,光猫桥接,路由器PPPoE
描述:本来用得好好的数月,上周有一天,突然网络中断,路由器的wan口亮红色灯,重启路由器+光猫后不能恢复,以为晚上电信维护,第二天发现仍不正常,直接把路由器通过某东报售后维修了。某东拿了个新的路由器给我,昨天试了一下还是不行,wan口灯仍亮红色。意识到可能不是路由器自己的问题,打电话给电信,他们检测说我家宽带一切正常(因为我家目前用苹果的Airport Extreme顶着在用,一模一样的拨号配置,这个苹果路由器确实就可以,RT-AC86U就不行,这点也很奇怪)
日志:日志里报出大量Timeout waiting for PADO packets(我也是在网上查这个发现很多人提示让网络提供商检查设备才去找电信的)

WAN口配置一切默认,拜托论坛的大神帮我看看,我得首先确认到底是路由器问题(或者路由器配置问题),还是电信的问题。

版主你好,电信工作人员说他那边查看我家光猫状态完全正常,电信能做的只有重启一下相关设备、配置解决极低可能出现的数据包卡死问题。但回家一看仍然没有解决问题。另外就你的建议我做了如下测试:

1. 家里光猫-路由器之间常用的TP-link的工程师CAT6调试线,另有华硕自带网线CAT5E一根,反复更换网线,WAN口仍然亮红灯。
2. 个人猜测接线正常、WAN口不通的结果也是WAN口亮红灯(不仅仅是物理连线有问题),两根线同时出问题的几率太低了。
3. 根据2,我又做了一个测试,路由器WAN口通过网线直连我的电脑,本地连接显示“已连接”(正在获取IP),但路由器还是红灯。

4. 也就是帖子里提到了的,一样的网络环境,苹果路由器确实一点问题都没有,一样的拨号,就是能用。

所以请问有没有这种可能:这个路由器的WAN口物理接口真的有问题,而我通过某东报售后维修,说是直接给我换新,结果还是原件寄给我,而且根本没有修这个路由器。

我大意了,之前报修之前没有拍一下后面的铭牌。也正是因为我认为换了一个“新的”路由器之后仍然报错,我才坚定问题出在猫、或者入户宽带上。

你用 Airport Extreme 的 LAN 口接网线到 86U 的 WAN 口,然后 86U 设置自动获取 IP 而非 PPPoE。  发表于 2018-12-27 14:38

你好,问过电信不绑路由器设备MAC的,另外用华硕RT-AC86U已经三个月了,一直在用得,最近因为86U突然出此故障才换用这个苹果路由器的。

京东换新是直接给下个订单,和你直接新买一个是一样的流程,不是售后单独邮寄给你的,所以不可能是原返的路由.不知道你是不是这样换新的

因为售后审核完成后自动生成了一个新订单,看上去像是给我重新发货了一台,照你的说法,应该是新路由器。那两台路由器都有这个问题,我也不知道该接着查电信问题、还是路由器固件问题了。
