新买的ZenWiFi AX6600出现的问题 求大神分析

之前一直用的AC5300+RT-AC1900P组网的AiMesh,双11入手了AX6600,WiFi6速度很稳,但是收货到今天已经无故掉线两次(11月14和20日)。每次断线,所有设备都无法连接,不知道是不是翻车了,不行我就申请换货了。听说AX6600会出现无故重新掉线的问题,现将系统记录发出来,求大神帮忙看下,第一次发帖求助,感谢!

是有线组网,还是无线。
如果是无线组网,两台路由器的距离怎样?看一下无线记录页面截图上来。
看log,有断开的样子。需要确认你是否设置2.4与5G相同ssid。如果是,先区别设置看一下状况。有可能是再2.4与5之前来回切换。

是有线组网,ssid都是不同的,我的wifi6设备连接的是160MHz,其他设备都是5G 80MHz或者2.4G 20/40HMz。

1. 你目前使用的是官网最新固件v3.0.0.4.386_25790,没有问题。
2. 从 Wireless Log中看到连接2.4G的一台设备 04:CF:8C:F2:1B Yes      Yes         -74dBm n   NoNoNo   No   120M   58.5M   13M 99:16:38,这台设备信号应该比较弱,应该比较容易断线或者发生切换动作。
3. 从你之前提供的Log中观察到 Nov 20 21:38:24 roamast: determine candidate node (rssi: -70dbm) for client (rssi: -83dbm) to roam,-83dbm已经很弱了,即便连上也很可能无法访问网络,或者压根就断开了,发生切换。

你可以调整路由器与无线设备之前的距离,确保无线信号不能太弱,> -70dBm

通常刚开始组网,AiMesh会根据无线信号以及是否为有线组网,进行网络优化,这个时间可能会导致所有设备断开的现象,待网络优化完成应该就没有问题了。
您提到20号之后就没有问题了,您的环境当时发生问题应该是在网络优化,您可以再留意看看是否还会发生断线现象。
