特殊的结构同时带来特殊的天线设计，可降低干扰提升联机效率。BlueCave 背面更提供了 4 个 LAN口与一个 USB 3.0 端口，能够让用户透过随身碟来储存档案。
ASUS Blue Cave 具备 AC2600 等级 Wi-Fi 联机效能，还整合了商用级安全防护系统 AiProtection。AiProtection 是 ASUS 与趋势科技合作开发的自由网安全解决方案，可保护每个连接的智能型装置、物联网装置，降低受到病毒入侵、感染的风险。用户透过行动装置亦可存取多项内建功能，包含：可针对特定应用程序限制流量，管理家庭成员网络使用行为的「Family Overview」，或是以手机、平板做为网络控制中心，监测网络活动与安全报告；ASUS Blue Cave 另支持 IFTTT 云端平台，可整合启用此功能的装置和应用程序，让用户自行组合、设定自动化任务。
ASUS Blue Cave 预九月上市，售价预计在 180 美元左右。
