RT-AC88U的2.4G信号没了,完全搜索不到,求助

路由器的 2.4GHz 和 5GHz 的灯是亮着的,2.4G 的信号找都找不到,而 5G 能找到且连的上。

出问题的时候固件是官方最新固件<Current Version : 3.0.0.4.384_20379-gc0714df>,大概是几个星期前的时候升级了这个固件,然后到昨天就出现了这样的问题。一直以来都是用官方的固件,没有用过其他固件。

试过重置路由器几次了,还是没有出现2.4信号。

清 NVRAM 也没有用。

找华硕客服也只能说返厂检测。

那只能选择返厂检测这个办法了吗?

我的RT-AC86U也出现过这问题,后来京东返修,换了一台回来,用了半年了差不多,换了一台新的

我也想换新,可是我买了差不多1年多1个月,不能换新了,哎

换过2017/08/29<3.0.0.4.382_15850>的固件,也恢复出厂设置,还是一样只显示5G信号,2G信号压根都不会出现
