Online RMA question.

I am not chinese but I bought RT-AC86U from jingdong before it released in my country.
I have no problem at all.
I am just curious, how can I get RMA service from china asus when my router is broken ?
I can't find RMA application form in china asus site.

I need 1:1 chat ? then respresentative give me the RMA form ?

Please give a brief explanation.

1:1 chat -> get rma form and submit it -> sene my router to china -> repair -> RMA center send the router to my address (freight forwarder) ?

but why don't you fix the router in your country?

You know, this is a problem, Because you can't apply RAM to china.
Even I have many friends in China, but is so troublesome, When my RT-AC88U is broken I will fix by myself.
