[求助] RT-AC86U出故障2.4g连不上

我买的是RT-AC86U,用了三个月没什么问题,前两天晚上突然2.4g不能用了,突然掉线,输入密码也连不上2.4g,但是2.4g和5g都有信号,5g正常,没故障。后来恢复出厂设置和升级最新固件都没用,输入密码连2.4g总是连不上,提示密码错误或者无法加入网络,密码是正确的,我后来不设密码去连2.4g还是连不上,连5g设不设密码都能连上,不知道是软件故障还是硬件故障?希望各位帮帮忙,谢谢了
