[求助] 双十二买的RT-AC86U会自动断线重启

没赶上双十一的优惠,双十二赶紧买了一台RT-AC86U,可拿到手用了一段时间之后,发现买的这台RT-AC86U会自动断线重启,当时我是手机突然wifi断开了我才发现的,重新自动连上之后我立即登录到路由器web查看,发现开机时间重新计时了。上了论坛查了之后还不止我一个人有这个问题。和这个贴子里反应的问题一模一样:  http://www.52asus.com/thread-5447-1-1.html


下面是我的系统日志的一部分,可以从中看出从22:56:22开始,时间突然变成了五月五号13:05:05了,很奇怪,有哪位大神能把我看看是什么问题吗,不甚敬谢。

这个问题我帮你确认一下,烦请你帮忙做以下的动作,将接在port1上面的那个客户端的网卡信息给我,操作如下
右击我的电脑,选择管理,开启计算机管理
然后在计算机管理左侧选择设备管理器,会列出所有设备
在网络适配器里找到你的网卡,右击这张网卡,查看属性
在属性里面有详细信息的页面,将属性列表里面找到匹配设备ID,然后截图

我今天刚买RT-AC86U,也遇到了几次外网WAN断开几秒的情况(地球标志的灯红几秒)然后又好了。不知道怎么回事。我现在把日志清除了,等如果再出现类似情况就截图给管理员看看。毕竟899元买的,不希望用着还不如100块的路由器顺心。

port1我接的是一个网件的GS108E交换机,请教一下如何查看匹配设备ID?我的是WiFi也会断,我那时是正在微信语音才发现断线了的。

ok,你先把接在上面断线的设备的信息给我,就算是通过交换机的也要,另外交换机具体型号告诉我
另外,你用我给你的beta固件先试试看,做了一些修正,有问题再和我说
