  - NEW: Migrated all devices to OpenSSL 3.5. To work around closed source components linked against OpenSSL 1.1.1, a shim was developped to pretend being the openssl 1.1.1 library, redirecting calls to the actual 3.5.x library.  A similar shim for 1.0.0.0 was also implemented for WTFast. (RSDNTWK)
  - NEW: IPv6 support in Tor.  Previously, any IPv6 traffic would leak outside of the proxy.  (Claude)
